Lead You On!

I have went to Vanderbilt on several occasions, I applied, took word test, and typing test, passed both, they failed to take it any further. The time before, about 11/2 year ago, I got as far as an interview, and she failed to follow thru, so I kept calling her and every now an then I lucked up and got her on the phone, but she wouldn't show she cared enough to help me get the job.

Long Phone Wait Time

I called them today and I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Terrible call-response time and very impersonal. No help other than to direct me to go "online" and apply there.
